Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail unless you are within California we will ship First Class mail. If actual shipping cost is less than you paid we will refund the difference to the original form of payment*. The following list below indicates the pricing structure. If buying with a promotion, 2 promotions cannot be combined to make up for the free shipping over $99 the free shipping will only come into effect we you are charged actual $99. Please note promotion codes cannot be combined under any circumstances**.

Holiday Shipping Information: We are approaching the deadline of Dec 10th to have your voucher redeemed in time for holiday delivery around the 15th. All orders without vouchers need to be in by Dec 15th for on time delivery.

Using a Promotion Code?

Orders placed using a promotion code from a daily deal site can take up to 18 business days for delivery. We strive for our normal turn-around of 2-3 business days. To allow us to offer this deep of a discount we have to package all orders at the end of the promotion and ship them at one time for a better bulk rate shipping cost. We donít charge additional handling fees; we charge only what the cost of shipping is by the USPS. If you are on a time constraint please email us or use the contact form below and inform us of the date needed so we can work to make sure you have your package before your event. We appreciate your patience and understanding that our items are handmade in small controlled batches assuring that you are only receiving the freshest product we can offer you.

Please know that all sales are final; we do strive to make sure you are 100% happy with your order; but some things we cannot control especially Mother Nature. If there is a heat wave we put shipping on hold to avoid melting, if you are ordering a frosted item please remember boxes are moved around during shipping and this we cannot control. Frosting can smear against the packaging. We do everything in our power to avoid this but in the event this happens we recommend that you repackage the item in a new package; Cello Bags work wonderful.

*We reserve the right to change, alter or discontinue this option at anytime. Refunds are evaluated on a per order basis.

**Please know if you make a purchase and combine the vouchers (or not put in your promotion code) on your own without prior email authorization we reserve the right to not refund. You will still have your other promotion available to use. We strongly advise you to email prior to making any assumptions on combining codes. If your code is not working please email us prior to placing the order. If we have to refund the difference there is a Min $2 charge to cover the cost the company is charged from the processing company. We apologize for this inconvenience but please know we must collect shipping fees for the well-being of the company and staff; if we were to give free shipping to all customers we would not be able to offer these fun and natural products. Any discrepancies with order; you must inform us by email within 7 days of package being delivered. Actz cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is confirmed from the shipping carrier that it has been delivered we recommended you contact your local USPS office or Fed-ex we will not be able to replace packages that again are confirmed delivered. Custom Orders are final sale and can't be returned. If an issue arises with the order the original product must be returned to Actz Store in the original condition. For example a loaf must be returned uncut at the same weight (non used). Replacements can take up to 20 business days leaving time for shipping insurance to be advised and paperwork to be submitted. Refunds will not be issued for orders unless prior authorization has been given from Actz's Founder.
