During summer months when your shipment arrives; keep the box unopened and place the box in the refrigerator to allow soaps to cool 15 – 30 minutes. Soaps in hot climates can become a little soft; if your soap loses a little shape please know this does not affect the quality of the soap.
Actz Cosmetics soaps are handmade using no chemicals or drying agents. Though we do stock a few thousand bars of Hand-made glycerin Soaps, sometimes we do go out of stock. We pour our glycerin soaps daily, and allow them to dry on the rack for 2-3 days prior to shipping. We strive to get out orders are quickly as we can, we do appreciate your patience.

I received my package a few days. The box smelt awesome (like fresh pineapple) and the kid's workshop box was a hit! My son loved all the soaps and couldn't wait to take a bath that night.
